Voice Tracker of the Year radio competition returns for 2021
The Voice Tracker of the Year competition is back for 2021 with another $500 prize on offer for the winner.
The best voice tracker will also win a 12-month subscription to Voicetracker Hub.
Previous winners include Westwood One’s Steve Harmon from Nashville, USA, Canada-based Melanie Martin from stations including 101.1 Big FM in Ontario and Lyndsey Marie from 93x in Minneapolis, USA.
International Audio Consultant Francis Currie is presiding over this year’s entries alongside Managing Director of RCS in the UK Jon Earley and US TV and Radio personality Shelley Wade whose credits include The Talk (CBS) and Middays on Z100 New York.
Francis said “It’s fascinating how both the art form and technology of voice tracking have evolved, especially over the last few years. I can’t wait to hear the entries, showing how creative broadcasters have been using it on air.”
RCS is once again supporting the award. Jon said: “In what has been a very busy time for Zetta2GO, I can’t wait to see what people have achieved using remote setups.”
Entries are open now to anyone who uses remote setups for shows of any kind – be that commercial, in-store, online or elsewhere. You can enter for free via voicetrackerhub.com/award until the end of September.
