Seven radio services in breach with Ofcom for late or non payment of licence fees
Four radio services are in breach for not paying their Ofcom licence fees, whilst three others got a breach for paying late.
Down FM in Belfast, Old Courts Radio in Wigan, My Greek Radio in London and a company operating a Drive-In Theatre in Poole failed to pay.
Digital Hits One, Nomad Radio and 1055 The Point all paid, but late.
Secklow Sounds CIC, operator of The Point, explained in its representations that the management of the station has changed since the invoice was issued, and the breach therefore relates to the previous management team.
