Stereo Underground moves to nightly slot on Rewind TV

Stereo Underground is going daily with a brand-new late-night run every weeknight on Rewind TV from Wednesday 18 June.
Presented by Richard Latto, the show has become known for its alternative, indie and leftfield playlist, and now expands to Monday to Friday broadcasts at around 10:30pm on Freeview 81.
Previously heard on multiple BBC stations for over a decade, Stereo Underground has continued to grow since joining Rewind TV late last year, offering a mix of post-punk, Britpop and underground music, alongside interviews and rare tracks.
Recent guests have included Shirley Manson, Noel Gallagher, Captain Sensible, The Undertones and The Lightning Seeds.
Richard said: “Since launching on Rewind TV at the end of last year, the response from viewers across the UK has been incredible and I’m delighted to expand with more editions on this fantastic channel.”
The show is also streamed via Mixcloud and is syndicated on radio stations around the world.
Looking ahead, Richard said: “With radio, on-demand and now television, I hope to soon provide a live music experience for this loyal army of listeners and viewers.”
Rewind TV is available on Freeview 81, Sky 182 and Freely 141.
