Steve Kent joins South Devon Radio for weekday morning show

Former Radio Caroline presenter Steve Kent has joined South Devon Radio to present a new weekday morning show from Torquay.
He’ll be on air every weekday morning, bringing his decades of radio experience to the community station.
Steve is known for his time on offshore pirate station Radio Caroline in the 1970s, broadcasting from the Mi Amigo. He later moved into BBC local radio, including a spell at BBC Radio Lincolnshire.
At South Devon Radio, Steve is joining up with another former BBC Radio Lincolnshire presenter, Les Sheehan, who is already on the station’s schedule.
South Devon Radio’s team says it’s pleased to welcome another experienced voice with a strong background in radio history and community broadcasting.
Listeners can hear Steve Kent live each weekday morning via the station’s website or through DAB+ radios in the region.
