Bauer extends audioXi reach with new Audiomob partnership

Bauer Media Audio is adding in-app audio advertising to audioXi through a new partnership with Audiomob.
The agreement brings Audiomob’s technology to eight audioXi markets, widening the digital audio exchange’s offer to include brand-safe inventory inside mobile games.
audioXi already connects advertisers with digital radio, podcasts and streaming platforms. By integrating Audiomob’s format, it now allows brands to reach mobile gamers with audio ads that play during natural moments in gameplay without interrupting the experience.
Ads are only served when sound is enabled, and impressions are third-party verified, with the option of using a clickable companion banner for added engagement.
Bauer says the move strengthens audioXi’s in-app capabilities by introducing technology adopted by major global developers.
Alex Faust, Director of Advertising Innovation at Bauer Media Audio, said the partnership gives brands “a new way to connect with audiences during moments of deep focus and positive emotion without interrupting their experience,” adding that expanding this across audioXi markets unlocks further opportunities for scale.
Audiomob’s Co-Founder and CEO Christian Facey said the collaboration enhances its presence across Europe and provides advertisers with a scalable way to reach engaged audiences.
The addition of gaming inventory builds on audioXi’s position as a growing European digital audio marketplace, offering advertisers access to audiences across broadcast radio, podcasts, streaming and now interactive gaming. The partnership also reflects Bauer Media Audio’s continued focus on cross-market digital innovation.
The rollout covers Ireland, the UK, Portugal, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Slovakia and Poland.
