Myriad Schedule Pro launches with smarter radio scheduling

Broadcast Radio has launched Myriad Schedule Pro – a new radio scheduler designed to work across multiple playout systems.
The software replaces Myriad Schedule Plus and is available immediately, with existing users upgraded to the Pro version at no additional cost.
The release focuses on automation, deeper analysis and flexibility for stations operating in varied broadcast environments.
A key change is the ability for Myriad Schedule Pro to operate as a standalone scheduler. Stations can now use it independently or alongside third-party playout systems, removing the need to rely on a single automation ecosystem while keeping scheduling consistent across networks.
The platform can be run as desktop software, through the cloud, or as a hybrid setup. This allows teams to manage schedules locally or remotely, with the same interface used for single stations or multi-station operations.
New tools aim to reduce manual intervention and improve on-air flow. A research and analysis view provides detailed track history and listener interaction data.
The Future Moves feature allows songs to automatically progress between playlists based on time or play count, helping music teams manage rotations without constant oversight.
Other additions include Media Packets, which group multiple versions of a track together, and context-aware links that ensure jingles only run alongside relevant songs. Advanced log management also allows multiple station logs to be viewed and compared side by side.
Broadcast Radio says the update is designed to support both large networks and smaller stations looking for more control over scheduling without added complexity.
