Luke Castle takes over Jorvik Radio Breakfast

Luke Castle will become the new host of Jorvik Radio’s weekday Breakfast Show from 28th September, airing 6am to 9am.

Luke previously presented Weekend Afternoons on the station,  began his radio career hosting Breakfast on York Hospital Radio.

He takes over the breakfast slot from Steve Twynham, who is set to return to the station later in the year with a new programme. Details of Steve’s upcoming show will be announced soon.

Jorvik Radio broadcasts across York and North Yorkshire on FM, DAB, its mobile app, online and via smart speaker.

Luke, who is originally from York, has also worked in Manchester and Sheffield during his radio career.
